This set of buildings is formed by two twin buildings with identical structures. It was designed by the architects Andrés Vanelli & sons and Kimbau & Co. This building has a very noticeable neo-gothic style and it follows the monument-like structure of public works towards the end of the 19th century and the beginnings of the 20th century.
Nowadays it constitutes the seat of the Agriculture, Livestock, Fishing and food Secretariat.
