In order to see the mythical Upsala Glacier and to also visit a true Estancia in Patagonia, "Upsala Glacier Discovery" is the perfect option. An ideal combination of adventure, glaciers and history. The ascent in 4WDs is through a mountain path between forests and rivers, until arriving at the Upsala Glacier Viewpoint, with views of the Southern Patagonian Ice Field, where the landscape becomes mesmerizing due to its immensity and beauty. Visit to the Main house of the Estancia, Museum, and Chapel. Optional lunch at the Quincho is offered (you may bring your own box lunch instead).

The tour starts early in the morning when we pick you up at your hotel for the transfer to the Port of Punta Bandera, where you embark on a modern and comfortable catamaran to navigate Lake Argentino. The arrival at Estancia Cristina is scheduled at 11:30 am, the stay in the Estancia lasts 6 hours and the activities are as follows (the order may vary):

- Guided visit to the Museum of the Estancia (former Shearing shed).
- Ascent in all-terrain vehicles, traveling 9.5 km by mountain road.
- Arrival at the Continental Ice Shelter.
- 30 minute walk on glacial erosion terrain, up to a viewpoint from which you have a privileged view of the Eastern Front of Upsala Glacier, Lake Guillermo, Southern Patagonian IceField and Andes Mountain Range.

Then we return to the Casco de la Estancia and embark 5.30PM, to arrive at Puerto Bandera at approximately 7:00 pm from where we return you to your hotel.
