Gaucho Party in Estancia Santa Susana

This visit to an Estancia is unique since within this magnificent
property there is a Colonial Museum. Estancia Santa Susana was founded near the end of nineteenth century, by Francisco Kelly, an Irish descendant who named these beautiful lands after his wife's name, Susanna Caffrey.

The Estancia is close to Los Cardales town, in the Buenos Aires
province, some 70 Km. away from the city of Buenos Aires. It comprises 1,200 hectares, devoted to agriculture as well as Tourist activities (more recently).

Program of activities:
Reception: Empanadas (meat or corn).
Beverages: Soft drinks, mineral water, juices, white and red wine, beer.
Starter: Sausage, blood sausage.
Main course: Ribs, chicken, boneless beef.
Salads: Lettuce, tomato, onion, carrots, beetroot, red/green pepper, potato, eggs, white and red cabbage.

Horse riding (60 horses available).

Visit to the Chapel.
Gaucho activities exhibition: Herds formation. The day ends with this exhibition where the Gaucho will prove his noteworthy skills with horses. Also, ring races.
