Overall we had an excellent time! All the pickups to and from the airports were timely. The hotel in Buenos Aires (Carles) was a great location and a perfect base. Buenos Aires city tour was fun, Tango show was awesome. The Tango show's restaurant was not good but it was convenient. The El Calafate excursions were all amazing - we loved them! It was the best part of the whole trip. The Hotel in El Calafate was okay as was the one in Ushuaia, though not central (where there are restaurants and shops right outside). In the future, we will ask for only centrally located hotels. The excursions you picked in Ushuaia were also excellent. On the 27th, the free day, we signed up for a 5 hour boat tour that went to the Penguin Island, but we did not get off. It was also excellent and we highly recommend it. The use of a tour to visit the Iguazu Falls was good and bad. We liked being picked up and driven to the Falls, we liked that the company got our tickets for us so we did not have to wait in a long line. But it would be better if the tour company just left us alone and picked us up late afternoon instead of follow a circuit. The hotel was ok and nicely located. Finally, we loved your help and responsiveness. Thank you very much!
