We had a fantastic time in all the travelling and activities organized
by the agency. All went very well and according to plan. We were very
impressed with the punctuality, professionalism, efficiency and attention
to details provided by all the people involved with your services. The
transfers went smoothly, the vehicles were quite comfortable, your drivers
are very well informed people who provided us with loads of information
regarding the history, geography, geological formations and others, from
the different regions we visited. To top up all we have read, it was very
helpful to have had the conversations during the trip, before we reached the
places we were going to visit.
The accommodations you organized were very good, comfortable and offered
excellent services. We particularly enjoyed the Hotel Las Torres in Torres
del Paine. It is ideally located in the middle of a stunning National
Park, and as a main point for various hiking tracks. We have noted it and
will use this location again, for future hiking trips.
The high light of our trip was the Australis Cruise. It exceeded all our
expectations! The presentations before the visit to strategic places were
very well done, professionally prepared with interesting maps, lots of
historic details from which we learn a lot. The activities crew deserve a
special appreciation due to the gracious way they dealt with so many
different people, with different degrees of difficulty. Their polyglot
skills were very impressive! The cabin was larger than we expected and of
great comfort. The meals were so good and so well presented, the waiters
very attentive and a pleasure to talk to.
Thank you so much for making this part of our trip so engaging and
unforgettable. For sure we will recommend LA TIERRA COMO SOLIA SER as the
travel agency for anyone who wants to get to know Argentina. We want to go
back (for the third time) to visit other parts of Argentina.
