Blackberry bread
A delicious recipe from the book La cocina del Fin del Mundo by Jesús Fernandez to enjoy at new year eve.
Ingredients
Blackberry 1 kg.
Sugar 1 kg.
Honey 25 grs.
Preparation
Put the blackberry on a pan, incorporate the sugar and cook to slow flame, don’t stop mixing with wood spoon, follow the boiling an hour, add the honey and cook ½ hour more.
There in after and in hot, it is put on a wood mold let it cool and then is packed in laminates of resin being removed the air that could remain, for their better conservation.
