Ingredients:
¼ kilogram of raspberries
½ cup of sugar
¾ cup of whipped cream
1 spoon of gelatine
1 spoon of brandy
drops of vanilla
Preparation:
Make a purée with the fruit, sugar brandy and the drops of vanilla. Add the gelatine dissolved in ¼ cup of cold water. Fold into the cream. Pour the mix into an oiled mold and chill. Garnish with red fruit.
