Trevelin - Futaleufú Dam
Total itinerary: 90 km.
Duration: half day
The small tourist village of Trevelin is located on route 259. It was inhabited
by Welsh settlers a few decades ago.
It still maintains typical features of those times like the Old
Flour Mill, today converted into an Historical Museum.
Its famous tea houses are a must, there you will be able to taste
the traditional Welsh pastries, as the "Black Pie".
Further ahead you will reach the Hydroelectric Complex Futaleufú,
an example of modern engineering that is also an attraction.
There is also an internal circuit to visit the Amutui Quimei dam.
