Lindo Hill and Lake Tricolor

The forests filled with cypresses, lengas, coihues, radales and canes, framed by purple, bluish and green tones of the Lake Tricolor, make this excursion a favorite for photographers and trekkers.

Other lakes, lagoons and waterfalls complete the beauty of this place. If you want to climb, take the necessary equipment. There is a shelter where you can sleep (take sleeping bag), and meals are available. You must report your itinerary to the shelter´s manager. The ascent takes a good six hours from the camp at Río Azul. A guide is recommended to enjoy and get to know the area better. There are also guided excursions on horseback.
